2024 Schedule
We currently offer a mixture of breathwork, pilates, sound, and yoga classes. At the core of our offerings are "Breathwork-Based Classes," thoughtfully curated classes that use the power of the breath as the gateway to mindfulness and embodiment. Each class includes a guided 60-minute session, followed by 30 minutes of sauna and cold plunge free-flow — a 90-minute experience! All levels are welcome. We provide drinkable water, yoga mat and blocks + WiFi. Please bring your own towel (or we offer towel rental for $100 pesos).
BREATH & SOUND
Enjoy Alchemize House’s signature offering, Breath and Sound. Alchemize House was founded on our deep devotion to breathwork as a practice that strengthens the nervous system, connects us to subconscious holding patterns in the body and creates greater conscious clarity. To do this, we journey through an intentional, trauma-informed sequence that gradually builds the pace of the breath in your body and gives you the power to choose your experience. We close with an extended meditation enhanced by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, ambient music or other live instruments to fully integrate this dynamic practice before leaving your mat. All levels welcome.
VINYASA YOGA
For 60 minutes, move through a Vinyasa Yoga Flow to help increase energy and improve strength and mobility. In each class, receive detailed alignment cues to better understand each posture and improve proprioception, gradually building to flow breath to movement and exercising your ability to be with your body. Beginner friendly, intermediate welcome.
YIN YOGA
Yin promotes our ability to be still amidst what may feel stressful. In holding postures for 3-5 minutes, you can expect to target the space beneath the superficial layer of muscles, invoking sensation and potentially discomfort. However, discomfort in this case can be viewed as just an unfamiliar feeling, and there is value in slowing down and being with that! Use breath and your ability to choose presence to teach your nervous system that you can support yourself through a sensational experience, increasing resiliency for stress management off of the mat, in your day-to-day life.
PILATES
A mindful, full-body mat sequence designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone. This class integrates specific breath and movement techniques to support the nervous system and help release stress. Experience improved oxygen flow, enhanced blood circulation, and increased body awareness (proprioception), all while promoting a balanced, resilient body and mind.
YOGA & SOUND (Live Kirtan Music with Donna and Robert)
Experience a yoga flow that emphasizes deliberate, mindful movement and breath awareness. As you move through poses promoting flexibility, strength, and balance, you’ll also cultivate a meditative mindset. During the practice, there will be optional mantras to repeat or sing, allowing you to deepen your connection to the experience. The session concludes with an extended meditation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of live kirtan music. These therapeutic vibrations enhance relaxation and inner harmony, leaving you feeling balanced and restored.
